Product Reviews:

 Rating 4   A Scholarly Work
This is a scholarly work that is well cited from esoteric sources. Excellent research was conducted to arrive at this interpretation of history.

Rating 5   The Jews of Khazaria
It's fascinating: Jews who never where in the Promised Land?. This is an amazing reading. The lineage of the Jews settled in Germany and Eastern Europe. I recomend it.

Rating 4   Great book showing the latest actual research on Khazaria
I truly wish most of the people citing or writing about this book had actually read it. This is the first worthy successor to DM Dunlop'sThe History of the Jewish Khazars.
It is a shame that Shlomo Sand, author of the ideological fiction known as The Invention of the Jewish People, did not actually read it.

Rating 5   This began my new journey
This book began my new journey of learning about the Khazarian royalty I might be descended from.

Rating 3   Amazingly thorough look at Jews in he world after the disapora
A little academic for my taste but a fascinating view of the medieval (and older) Hebrew influence on the Middle East
and the rest of Europe with emphasis on Eastern Europe. I had heard about a nation in the region that had made Judaism the state religion during the period but knew nothing about it since Khaziria became part of the Ottoman empire (now Turkey.) But the book goes into the Jews' role in Hungary, Bulgaria, Ukraine,Russia, Spain, etc. Much information based on DNA studies of various peoples to provide scientific validation.

Fascinating stuff but has to be taken a little at a time since writing is very academic and stiff. Great for those who have an interest in the Jewish disapora.
